Shipping
- Canada only, by Canada Post.
- You pay shipping. The cost is on your quote, so you see the full total before you pay anything.
- We ship on Mondays and Thursdays, once you've approved the final photo and the balance is paid.
- We're an online-only studio. Local pickup only if we've arranged it for your order.
- Every order ships in a kraft box with tissue and a pouch.
- Delivery time depends on Canada Post and your location, and your quote will include an estimate. We can't promise a delivery date.

Returns
- Custom orders are final sale, because each one is made to your approved brief.
- If we make an error, such as the wrong colours compared with your brief or a defect in the make, we'll repair, remake or refund it, at our discretion.
Damaged in transit
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging, and we'll review it with you.
Cancelling
You can cancel at no cost before you pay your deposit. Once making has started, the deposit is generally non-refundable and we won't charge the balance. If you need to cancel after paying your deposit but before making starts, contact us and we'll work it out with you.
Handmade variation
Each piece is made by hand. Small differences in colour, texture and shape are normal and aren't defects.
